Do you ship internationally?

 

Unfortunately, at this time in our company’s life cycle we are only shipping domestically in the United States. For inquiries regarding international shipping, please send an email to info@therisolve.com.  We will get back to you in 24 hours.

 

How long does it take to get my order?

 

We use ground shipping methods and anticipate 3 to 5 business days. We ship from Los Angeles, CA so delivery time can depend based on your location in the Unite States.

 

What shipping carriers do you use?

 

We primarily use UPS, but use all major carriers. For returns, we accept all major carriers.

 

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

 

If you need to make changes to your order, please immediately email us directly at info@therisolve.com with your order number. Orders are picked and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

 

What is the status of my order?

 

When your order is placed, we will email you with confirmation and your order number, which you will use to check the status of your order. Please be mindful that during busy times, it is possible that we may take longer to ship your order.  Please contact customer service at info@therisolve.com with questions.

 

Is this product brand new?

 

YES! Our brand partners with premium brands to debrand, rebrand, and sell their products that have never been worn.

 

How good is the quality and brands you carry?

 

Our promise to you, our community, is that we bring you premium products and fabrics at affordable prices. We are transparent with you on the prices offered by the brands when sold at full price. 

 

How do I know what brand I am buying?

 

You are buying the risolve brand, which stands for a high level of quality and excellence. In order to offer the product at such an affordable price point, we allow the brands to maintain a level of anonymity that they do not receive from other liquidation marketplaces.   We protect their brand equity uncover savings along the way which our customers are able to benefit from.

 

Are these products damaged or second hand?

 

NO! These products are, what we in the industry call, “first hand goods”.  There are no damages, tears, fit issues, etc.  Some delicate fabrics may have slightly visible stitch/thread marks from the previous label.  In this rare instance, our quality control team ensures that these small thread marks are not visible on the outside of the clothing.
