Thank you for your order!  And welcome to our community.  We are excited for you to receive your order and begin enjoying the risolve.’s product.

 

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be received, processed, and shipped.
  • Orders are shipped ground and should arrive in 3 to 5 business days after the order is processed, picked, and shipped.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to an order after it has been placed and picked.
  • Please allow 24 hours for updates on all tracking information to be emailed to the address you provided.
  • At this time, we are not offering international shipping through our automated check out cart.  For international shipping inquiries, contact info@therisolve.com.

how to return or exchange

 

It happens to all of us.  Sometimes the things we buy don’t come out quite how we imagined them.  That’s ok!  We are here to partner with you.  If this has happened to you, you have 30 days from when you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

 

  • Email info@therisolve.com with your name and order number to request a return or exchange.
  • A customer service representative will reply within 24 hours and provide details pertaining to completing your return.
  • Pack and drop off your unworn items with all labels still attached at your local FedEx, UPS, or USPS store.
  • Allow 5-8 business days for your refund to be posted to your account.

 

    If more than 30 days has passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a return or exchange.  Gift Cards are not eligible for returns.

     

    If an item was shipped to you as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of your return.  Once the item is received, an email will be sent to you with a redemption code for the full value of the accepted return.

     

    If you are returning an item of $100, or more, in value, we suggest you consider using trackable shipping methods or insurance.  We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.  Returns are accepted and initiated upon receiving the product.
